Mazda CX-9 Maintenance Schedule
Any vehicle, no matter the make or the model, requires a certain level of service and upkeep over time. As an owner,
it’s up to you to be aware of these needs and to take your vehicle into a shop near Dearborn or Livonia, MI, as
needed. You don’t have to go it alone though. Here at LaFontaine Mazda Livonia, we’re happy to lend a hand whenever
we can.
The following is a Mazda CX-9 maintenance
schedule that will break down what your Mazda model needs and when. All you have to do is book a visit online!
Every 7,500 Miles
If you pick up your Mazda CX-9 brand new, the first time you’ll want to bring it back to the shop is after it crests the 7,500-mile mark. This will also be the regular or most common interval at which you’ll want to continue bringing your vehicle in, as the Mazda CX-9 requires basic upkeep procedures every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. The first service executed at this point is an oil change and an oil filter replacement. A tire rotation will take place at this time as well. Finally, the disc brakes of the Mazda CX-9 will be inspected to ensure their quality and that they’re aging as expected.Every 15,000 Miles
The next recommended stop for the Mazda CX-9 will be at the 15,000-mile mark. The cabin air filter will be replaced at this point. Additionally, various bolts and nuts along the chassis and the body will be tightened by the expert technicians in our shop. Another important area of note will be the round of inspections that occur at this point. Our team will look over the following parts to ensure they’re functioning properly and are aging appropriately:- Driveshaft dust boots
- Front and rear suspension, ball joints, and wheel bearing axial play
- Steering operation and linkages
- Disc brakes
- Fuel lines and hoses
